I signed up with Advanced in June 2024 they gave me a quote promising to match my previous insurance. I trusted them that everything would be the same. But I did not read the policy cover to cover when it was sent. They did not match my previous insurance, for reasons I do not understand, and they will not explain to me why they dropped my collision coverage. I did not tell them to drop it. Then last month I got in a fender bender that was my fault, and find out that I do not have collision and I have to pay to repair my car. I think they dropped the collision so that the price would be the same as my previous coverage. Now I am stuck with them.
