Updated Review I never like to come on here to speak about any business unless the community needs to know. I would Steer away from John Brown Allstate Insurance company. How I was treated, by him and his staff to me was very unprofessional behavior to say the least. In today's times $168 and $354 have a big gap between them. I didn't mind paying either, but I was told not to pay the $354 I have that in email from Mr.Brown himself to call the office this past Friday morning to pay the $168 so the week prior I didn't pay anything on the $354 because I was under the impression that $168 was all I had to pay. I call first thing Friday morning to pay it, was told by Mr.Brown the system was down he would call me back or email me to call him back I replied okay and thank you. Now mind you the w

Been going to John for about 5 years. His agency is fantastic. They constantly call and let me know when my policy can be updated for the better.
