Ridiculous! I waited on a quote because apparently they can't give quotes like other insurance companies. I had to wait till the next day to get a quote.They we're doubled the rate I was originally quoted by a big brand company, because of my son who has not lived with me for 3 years (who has a perfect driving record) on a vehicle we haven't owned for 3 years because we used our roadside assistance we paid for twice in a year! A joke of a company! Got a great rate at half the price from another company. Out of the three companies I researched they were double the monthly price on a year policy verses a 6 month policy by the other companies. If you are with them check around for better rates and if your not, look elsewhere.

Very professional yet personable staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I always get much better insurance premium rates using this hometown office than some of the big companies that don't take the time to get to know your needs. Highly recommend this office for all of your needs.

Was slow to help me get my policy. Very nice man but I felt like I needed to contact him for everything vs the other way around.

We've been with Bennett's for years. Great people work there and the service is quick.
