I'm not sure if anyone works here? I have called multiple times and always voicemail. No one ever answers or returns calls and I've reached out multiple times.
I have been trying to cancel my insurance from John A Parks Co for 50 days. No one answered the phone or replied to my 3 emails. They have charged me twice for insurance I don't need and they have not gotten back to me.
They handled my questions quickly and professionally. A+. Highly recommend! Thanks again!
