I never had an online account, usually paid my bill with a key code online. One day the website stopped taking key code payments. I called this office over and over again for two weeks to try to pay my bill, and they never answered or called back. All of my emails went unanswered, too. I have a new insurance policy with a different company now, and suddenly this office has no problem emailing me every couple of days about how my policy was cancelled due to non-payment and I can call to learn about reinstatement options. No thank you. I’m grateful that I never had to submit a claim, I can only imagine that it would have been a terrible experience.
