Jeremy Henley sent me a quote which I agreed to proceed with. Signed all documents and gave him my credit card. He then overcharged my credit card by almost $500. I had to catch it myself! When I confronted him about it, he said there's nothing he could do. We will be in a lawsuit soon. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. He's not worth it. Get insurance from someone else. Trust me. Lawsuits are not fun but are nexesaaty to keep scam artists like this guy away from the general public. Stay away

After being a great Insurance Company for years and years and handling all my needs they let me down big time when I sold my home. My flood policy was transferred to the new owner and I didn't get my reimbursement for the money I paid for the policy. Somebody stold my $3000. They blame the title company, the title company blamed the insurance company and the new owner won't talk to me.
