The Jason McMahan agency has been super helpful and Cody Crews has been great checking in on us to make sure all of our insurance needs are covered. I would highly recommend this Allstate agency to all of my friends and family.

I don’t contact them often but when I’ve needed them, they have been very helpful. They found me a lower rate when I asked if there was one available for seniors and once when I needed towing they quickly reimbursed me for the amount paid to the tow truck driver.

My wife had an accident last month in our 2016 Jeep Patriot. Thankfully, no one was injured. The Jeep had damage to the left front bumper and door and also to the driver's side suspension. I Have not been in good hands, as a black man i did not feel comfortable with someone driving into my driveway wielding a confederate flag larger than the back window of his truck. also telling me that he is surprised that I am allowed to own this land. my adjuster seems to not care about out claim and never knows what's going on with our claim. he questions and literally calls us lairs about expenses that we make for food purchasing. My claim is not done or even close to being done but my adjustor is saying there has been more than enough money given to fix our home but my family and i have NO Kitchen and our downstairs bathroom is still not close to being done I would love to speak with someone about this
