Therefore, not needing to retain an attorney. My daughter and I were passengers in an Uber in May 2019. It was a rainy night in Washington DC. The Uber driver collided with an Inmovable object. And kept going. All he said was say, sorry about that. My daughter and I were jostled around from the impact. The next day, we both went to the emergency room for back and neck pains. I was hit by an uber driver while waiting for the green light @ an intersection. The driver admitted fault and have processed the claim, however, their agents and call center employees are deflective in their comments and really make you chase them to get what you need. They only operate on their business hours which is typically a small window for anyone who is working a typical 9-5. I have been hung up on several times trying to get some assistance to get my vehicle fixed. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company must be avoided at ALL COSTS.
