I called to update my policy, and Ashley not only updated my policy, but also follow up with DMV. All on matter of minutes. I haven see this type of efficiency on ages.

I wanted to personally thank Priscilla; I was held up at the DMV longer than i anticipated and by the time I left there was only a few minutes left before they closed for the whole weekend. I was patched through to Priscilla, and she listened to my situation, understood how important it was to me that I got my truck insured ASAP, and not only did she go above and beyond, finding me a good policy at a fraction of the cost of anyone else I contacted, but she was extremely kind, knowledgeable and didn’t rush me one time.
