Don’t buy A.N.A insurance. Hello all, I purchased insurance here, no complaint about the service at the window, she was very courteous. My issue is that I actually had a car accident. I had to use the services of ANA, and they have taken over one month to get me the car parts. I didn’t add car rental ( because I never imagined that I would need it😣) it has been over one month and I still don’t have my car repaired. I purchased insurance for 3 days $105 dollar. And the deductible is 5% of the car value, in my case the whopping amount of over $1.600 dollars ‼️ I have learned that in MX customers pay $100 insurance for a full year… They are not loosing money, and still not getting my car repaired in a timely manner. I am paying car rental out of pocket $275//week 😭😭 Again, don’t buy insuranc

If your driving into Mexico this is a great place to stop before the boarder to get car insurance. I already had mine but some of the group didn't and this place was quick and easy!

Terrible. All great reviews are about buying. Try to make a claim and it’s a nightmare. Avoid this company!
