Always closed at walk up windows during “business hours” . Also their advertised business hours are limited hours for being a consumer needed service nearby to the international border. Service at window when served is as if they are miserable at their work environment. You’re treated like a germ asking for a favor.

Careful with a hispanic lady, she tells les, doesn't exchange correctly, please be sure to say everything clearly and to hear good what she says.

Such a rip-off and nonexistent customer service. Price gouging for sure, as noted in other reviews. They charged me a weekend rate on a weekday, even though their posted rate didn't say anything about higher holiday rates. There are cheaper places to park, cheaper to use Uber or MTA, and many other places to get insurance conveniently online. Take your business elsewhere.

Great customer service and the staff was kind enough to keep an eye on our Yukon XL for the 5 days we were in Mexico. They charge $5 per day (24 hours begins everyday at 8 a.m.) They don't guarantee their 24-hour surveillance cameras are enough to keep robbers away, but they at least stay there until 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday. You can also do money exchanges during certain hours and buy insurance. You can call 24/7 and someone will answer your questions. I would totally leave my car there again.

Zero Stars! DO NOT BUY MEXICO INSURANCE FROM HERE! We bought the full road side assist and towing package. Had a break down in desert in Mexico and when we tried to get help Neither Baja Mex or provider could find our policy! We had to fully fend for ourselves. Took 4 days to figure out that there was no policy issued. Way to late! Also finally a local supervisor offered us a full pay out but that is not helpful when you are stuck in the desert.. What if we had an accident? No Coverage!!!!! I am not here to accuse but it looks to me like someone was issuing paper policy, not filling, and pocketing the money.. No proof but the picture is clear to me! Use Baja Bound or a larger known company
