Came in today to do some rate shopping for car insurance and was welcomed by a representative named Melissa. As soon as I came in she greeted me with a warm smile. She thoroughly explained every option with me and went over multiple questions that I had. She was very professional and I definitely recommend the customer service!!!
Great have had them for my insurance agent for as long as I have been in NC no complaints ever give the best rates they can no BS
The prices are affordable and the people greet you when you come in I haven't been in a while reason for my 4 stars but now that I have a new vehicle i will be going back if everything goes smooth i will change to 5 stars but I have always turn to this company with all my vehicles in the pass cant wait to go back
