This is how insurance should be...can't say enough good things about my experiences with the staff at Howard Hanna and their predecessor, Allen Tate Insurance. Our relationship began when they found better rates at higher coverages than I could on my own shopping the market, for both the home and auto. They administer regular check-ins to ensure adequate coverage. And in both home and auto claims I've had, they have advised and advocated for best approaches in working with the involved parties. Dawn has been absolutely great to work with—she is always personable and helpful. Since this is an independent agency, I love that they can shop the rates and have access to so many different carriers. On a personal note, I was so thankful to receive a turkey and a bottle of wine from them at Thanksgiving! I really appreciated that gesture, especially since I always host a large family meal each year. Highly recommend!

Rosemary “Dawn” Frizzell at Allen Tate Insurance has been amazing to work with. She was able to secure insurance for our new home in North Carolina when no one else could. She was also extremely helpful in recommending an insurance carrier that could provide an umbrella product suitable to our needs in Florida.
