When I say EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL AND GET WADE GATEWOOD I honestly feel like I’m talking to someone that genuinely cares. This Gentleman meets and greets me on the phone in the most astute way every single time! His professionalism and patience matched with his pleasant tone and willingness to help while assuring the best rates possible! To be totally honest, we probably could find a better rate somewhere else… BUT YOU’LL HAVE TO WALK PRETTY DARN FAR TO MATCH THIS AWARD WINNING CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE CONSISTENCY AS THIS AGENT & COMPANY! I called to get a quote on a non-vehicle policy discouraging me to try to get insurance wanting all the information they can get to keep me from applying for a non-vehicle policy then they have the nerve to say it's going to be very expensive discouraging me from even trying to drive don't ever do business to these people they seem racist and asking me if I'm white or black find another insurance company to get your quotes because they're out to take your money

Friendly staff, convenient location BUT the rates are far too high and on top of that, they tack on 'extra fees' anywhere and everywhere they can possibly get away with it. Unless and until they get competitive rates AND stop nickle and diming clients at every turn, AVOID.
