Recently worked with Clark Harrell on coverage for our RV which we live full-time in. Clark was AWESOME, frankly the best insurance experience I've ever had! Their agency wasn't licensed in our home state when we first called but Clark stayed on it and when they were licensed he let us know. We got MORE coverage for LESS money with Progressive than what we were able to get working directly with Progressive. I HIGHLY recommend Clark and this agency!

By far an amazing experience working with Clark over at Charlotte Insurance! Always super responsive (often within the hour) and was great working through what I truly needed vs what I didn't. His patience while I was finding my ideal rig (which took months) was refreshing as he never pressured me or felt like he was becoming tired of waiting on me.
