Most of my working career was spent in some managerial role or another. Customer service is and always will be job one. This means in part giving customers prompt and proactive options to suit their needs. Brett provided me exactly that, again, in a prompt, and professional manner. I feel very comfortable switching insurance companies and having Brett represent me.

House buying and selling and renting all at the same time……what a mess! But Thomas Pie was amazing. He helped me work through each detail to make sure I was covered without selling me on more than what I needed. And when dates and closings kept changing at the last minute, he was there to navigate me through it to make sure I had what I needed. I have been with this agency when it was JM Hamilton since 2013. As a small business owner in private practice, I was assigned an agent and they were always so helpful and communicative in meeting my home, business, and auto insurance needs. Unfortunately, these past five years, as it’s changed ownership, it seems like the focus may be less on smaller individual clients. I do feel like Highstreet Moulton was always able to find me the most cost effective premiums once I was able to speak with them and I tried to stick with them and these past 3 years, but the lack of communication and responsiveness when I would reach out has caused me to switch carriers for now. Maybe they’re shifting to focus more on commercial or bigger client needs so maybe I’ll revisit them in the future.

I sold my house last year and got a collection for unpaid Homeowners Insurance on my credit report this year, for a home I do not own. Nice due diligence NW. Now it's going to take some long red tape process to get it removed while I am in the midst of applying for a mortgage and need new Homeowners Insurance. Who should I get my new 500k policy with?
