Health Insurance

I was in the office on yesterday July 9 2020. My counselor was Karen Mattock. I'm so depressed. I set there and was pouring my heart out hoping someone can help me. But notice she was falling asleep. It was so bad she was sitting there with the pin in her hand eyes closed and wasn't writing anything down. Ms. Mattock dropped the clipboard aswell!! All she did was ask me questions that was on the sheet. No advice or concerns at all. I feel worst after going to see her. I guess nobody really cares!!! I will make sure that will be known and addressed .This is someone's life and she shouldn't be doing this to people, she should not get paid to sleep!! On the job.

My son had testing with Susan Dye. Although we were fairly quickly scheduled and she was able to see us on Saturdays for the testing, she is extremely slow to get us any results. We completed testing on May 5th. After calling more than several times to get an update, I finally spoke with her on May 29th and she gave me a verbal rundown of his results. She said she would email and/or mail me written results shortly. Today is June 20th, and I still haven't heard from her. I've called twice and left her messages, which she never returns. I was thrilled with her at first, but now I'm extremely annoyed. Last week was the last week of school and I made it clear I wanted to have those results in writing for our Section 504 meeting that week (which she said wouldn't be a problem).
