I’ve been with Hayden for about 16 years. Always had exceptional service but I’d like to shine a light on Dory Dixon. She helped my daughter (21yrs old) switch her car insurance. My daughter said Dory made her feel at ease and really kinda treated her like a mother would. She also helped her save about $130/mo. I cannot say enough good things about Dory! I am so grateful for the help she gave my daughter. I highly recommend this agency!

Corie was wonderful. She spent a great deal of time going over my policies, line by line, comparing them to my Nationwide policies. I have been with Nationwide for 40 years, but they have lost their minds with their pricing of homeowner's insurance. For what Nationwide was going to charge over $4000 per year, I am getting from State Farm for less than $2000. Same coverage, if not better, and same deductibles. I haven't had this type of customer service since the early days with Nationwide at the Dan Renstrom Agency. Definitely, not with the Garlow Agency I was with until today. Kudos to State Farm. Seems like someone else is now "On My Side"!!!

I have had a great experience with Dory Dixon in Hayden Pryor's office with State Farm. Dory has always been proactive in reaching out to me to ensure that my insurance needs are being met! The rates on each of my policies have been very competitive. I made the mistake years ago of trying to save a few bucks and moving to another carrier and immediately regretted it because I missed the level of service that Dory Dixon provided. Corie Olyench was absolutely spectacular! She explained everything in a way that makes so much sense and she was very patient and understanding with all my questions! Definitely ask for her if you’re thinking of working with State Farm for your insurance on your car, house or life!
