I had a terrible experience with Greg Shamus as my insurance agent. His lack of communication and professionalism is astounding. I was blindsided by an unexpected $758 charge from previous years of coverage that I didn't find out about until a year and a half later, all thanks to Greg's incompetence. He sent me a final audit bill that never even reached me, and even after I paid the ridiculous charge just to close my account, I was hit with more unexpected bills. All of this has led to a legal battle that is still in the process. It's infuriating to deal with an agent who leaves you in the dark and then continues to hound you for money after you have settled everything. Greg's service is shockingly poor, and I would advise anyone considering him to think twice. Save yourself the headache
