Julius was definitely a gem!!! I would recommend him 1000 times . He went above and beyond to help me with all my questions with no hesitation… I wasn’t even looking for renters insurance but he offered and the price I couldn’t resist. He went over everything and explained to me in full details.. Allstate u gained a customer!!!

They sent me to collections without calling about the balance. Now my credit has been affected because they couldn’t reach out to let me know there is a problem.

Changing my insurance to Allstate was one of the best decisions I could have made. They made the process/transition quick and easy. Compared to my previous insurance policy I now have better coverage, lower deductibles, and added renters insurance, all for less than what I was paying before. Anytime I've needed to make a change or add a vehicle it's been so simple, all I do is call and it's taken care of. It's such a relief having Allstate and a huge weight of my shoulders.

Cost of insurance is quite reasonable Response, and Customer Service is quite good. But my experience at other Insurance Companies keeps me being very cautious.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. What a rip off! I been paying for 8 years then when I finally need it they deny me!!! I’ll be canceling all my properties and vehicles!!!
