If I could give my Agent Eric McDonald All 10 Stars I would, He is very welcoming, very knowledgeable, professional, and Caring… Mr. McDonald educated me on the importance of having insurance as well as what plan would be best for me and my family… he even asked me questions to make sure I am understanding and I did not feel pressured at all… I Love that part because it’s showing me the importance of me being able to leave here and not let my children go into debt trying to bury me. Stephanie McColtrie was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She was very patient with me when it came to scheduling my appointment due to my demanding work hours. I felt like she was honest and answered all of my questions during our meeting. She even took her time explaining the difference between all of my policies so I had a better understanding of my existing coverage. Because she actually took her time explaining things to me, I'm able to make a more informed decision about future coverage. This was truly a pleasant and informative meeting.
