Gates-Cole Insurance

I had given a 5 star rating previously however the level of competency at the New Berlin office has gone down drastically. Since the older ladies left and all they have are the young girls who are extremely incompetent in all aspects of the business. They cannot get anything done they never complete anything they say they are going to do. You take in changes that need to be done on your policy and 3 years later it is still not done. You cancel your insurance they assure you that it will be taken care of and that they will see that there is no more $ take out of your account and weeks later the payment for the insurance you canceled is still taking out of your account that in my book that is incompetence at its finest!

My husband Herb and I where looking for an insurance company to take out a policy to insure our land we purchased two years ago along with a cabin and I must say an over the top outhouse my husband and friends built. We stopped in to the Gates-Cole Insurance office in New Berlin and where greeted by Kourtney Digsby and Amanda Scofield. I had did some research before going to them and read a lot of great reviews about them and decided they where the company I wanted to do business with. Well after our visit we where blown away with the professional, courtesy and friendly service. Joanne, Amanda, and Courtney at the New Berlin branch are professional and informative. No matter my question they always get back to me with an answer promptly. Big bonus points given because they are always friendly and always there when I need them, whether it is routine renewals or filing a claim.

Courtney and Amanda are both very unprofessional. Gave a policy number for the payment but the payment went to a different policy. We're going to change a company.

Called about homeowners insurance 2 weeks ago they never called me back still have car insurance my be switching
