Every state farm agent is different -so we left one to come here to Gary. The service is night and day. He was present and spoke with us face to face. I was amazed how much we saved in bundling. Gary is genuine and we appreciated his patience in helping us unravel the mess the other agent's secretary from 'undisclosed' area put us in.

He is an excellent agent. All the people that work in his office go above & beyond to help their clients. I was lost due to lack of knowledge about how to keep my vehicle after it being deemed a total loss. They walked me through the steps and simplified everything (along with Lowry's auto body on Wiley Street in Franklin who made turning the salvage title into an R-title simple and easy). While I was in the State Farm office of Gary Jackson, they helped several other people who were having difficulties also including making arrangements to pick up one client to drive them to Enterprise to get a rental car. That's when I knew I'd never change agents or insurance coverage. They even insure R-title vehicles while many others don't.
