This agent here is all about getting you signed for a policy. We were told that all our policy’s were on automatic payment then a couple months later we got cancelation notices from Farmers and calls from collection! When we tried reaching out to Jennifer we received no phone call back. Still to this day we have never heard anything from her. So if you’re looking for an agent that doesn’t call back then this is your agent… if you want a good agent that answers all your questions then I would call elsewhere.
Got us to sign up for a policy for three cars and two homes with misquoting actual premiums. When the first bill came it was more than we had been quoted and she promised to fix it and didn’t. We didn’t receive any additional bills from farmers yet two months after I had already secured insurance with another agency I got a letter from collections. Deceitful
Jen saved us $$$$ in premiums with better coverage. Very helpful, she made switching companies very easy, and quick.
