Garry Walker - State Farm Insurance Agent

The customer service and assistance is not what it used to be with this agent and this location. Yikes. I am moving my insurance on purpose - literally for this reason. My family has been with this agent since the 1980's and I've had my own personal insurance with them since the 1990's. Its now 2025 and I cant even have a normal conversation with them on the phone. Don't do it. Just go somewhere else. Sherri has left and the help they have in the office now is no help at all.

I recently changed my state farm agent to garry walker in haines city. It was a awesome experience. He sat down with me and explained everything in detail what i needed and didnt need. I actually walked out knowing more about car insurance. Thank you garry

Terrible service. Never got a call back. Was told the last owner was on vacation.... three weeks later I called again and everytime after that he was out of the office. I think this place is a scam. I even showed up when they said he would be there and when I walked up to ask for Garry they said he wouldn’t be in until the next week. Something fishy is going on and I’ll take my three cars, motorcycle, and boat insurance elsewhere. If you’re under 55 it seems they don’t seem to give you the time of day. I would say a lot but just because it says State Farm on the sign doesn’t mean anything. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go here.

State Farm agency wrote our HO and were very competitive. We got excellent service from Wyat Sidwell. Very happy with their service.
