Access Center at Haines City

Mr. Edilberto Davila opened the door for me, since I was the first person there waiting outside. Without letting me in the office he said the mask was mandatory before entering and that is said it on the wall and the door, he ask me to explain to him what was the help I needed and after I did he said I cannot help you with that, I said but the access help center in Lake Wales help me last year with my application online….long story short this incompetent man brought me a mask and then sat and began asking me questions with such a nasty attitude, I said to Mr. Davila if I didn’t need help I would have not come here, all of the sudden this Lady walks in and says can I help…….Mr. Davila left and the lady name Irma took over and was more rude then Mr. Davila and she end up telling me you can’t

Michael has helped me out not once but twice over a couple of years! He is very courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I wish I could multiply him a million times! Great job Michael and thank you!
