I want to express my deep disappointment with Gallen Insurance. I’ve been a customer since 2022, and I have never experienced such a frustrating situation. I’ve spent two full days trying to add one of my vehicles to my policy, and it has been an absolute nightmare. The level of inefficiency and lack of follow-up is unbelievable. I call, leave messages, explain the situation over and over again, yet no one provides a solution. They say they will return calls, but they never do. Communication is practically nonexistent, and it feels like there is zero interest in resolving an issue that is urgent for the customer.
