I'm looking for a personal auto plan. Looked up agencies that carry my insurance, and they came up. Visited the website, and decided going in person would be faster and more effective than contacting them through their site, and that their office seemed nice and professional. I'll add, there's two different offices labelled on google maps, but this was the one on their official website. Sat outside the office by the door (after going through the maze that was the office building) ringing the doorbell for 30-40 minutes. Phone number given does not work, and no one was in their office, despite claiming both on google and on their own site that they're open at this location and welcoming visitors. Very displeased with this company, and will not be returning as a customer.
