Holy cow... This place is awesome. Not only do they have FREE Co working space, it's a dynamic fund environment with nice people. Free snacks and conference space.

Beautiful space! I went for a conference last week and found the facilities accommodating. They were under construction on the lower floor, but it didn't impede moving around from room too much.

Beware of AmFam… poor claims adjusters and investigators that will not look out for you when needed.

It's a lovely building with good meeting space but the lack of nearby HANDICAP parking is a drawback. There's very little available street parking and the public parking ramp is about a block away from it's employee entrance. When I requested to be able to use that entrance (I am not an employee, but part of a group using the space) I was told no. Fortunately I was able to follow an employee in the door--timing is everything. Otherwise it's about another block to get to the entrance. I would hope an insurance company could do better.

I really enjoy this space and all the free events. If you are new to Madison, it’s a great spot to check out and meet new people. They have a lot of great educational events too that are also free. It’s a fantastic resource for personal and professional development that is free of charge. There is a parking lot close by and street parking so it’s more accessible in the new location. They also let you rent their space for events. I haven’t done this yet, but the form was easy to fill out and the spaces are beautiful. Also, the staff is super nice and helpful.
