It's nice to be able to walk in and talk to someone instead of all online. The lady who helped me in Ceres was friendly and professional.

So far so good, I just got my insurance with them and Maria was really nice to me. Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. . Drive safe yall!

If i could give no stars i would! COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! Truly the worst experience ive ever had with a car insurance company. STAY AWAY!!! Not only from this location but the company as a whole. Fred Loya needs to be investigated by the BBB!!!! They truly should be out of business.

Very bad service wanted everyone to know they only offer $5000 max if u hit some one so becareful that doesn't cover much I asked to up my protection but they don't offer it.
