Terrible customer service called this Mitchell location asked for customer service the guy that answered said yes what kind of questions do you have I am looking for my termination letter due to me having cancer and losing my job I lost my health care as well and the man who answered hung up when I called back he kept answering laughing and hanging up will be reaching out to coorporate
This is an agency not really Blue Cross. Worthless to call this place. Horrible customer service and they hang up on you if you ask difficult questions. Call them directly which would be a 800 number. I would go with any other agency in Stanislaus County.
