I had agent Frank Wilson for over 30 years it pained me to transfer but I moved to Texas. His staff is amazing. Great and extremely helpful. They will fight for you even through they only had to do this once but there they were. If you need a great no excellent insurance agent you better go to Frank and Troy Wilson i. Santa Monica they are the ones for you. Thanks for all you and your team has done for me. I will for ever remember you guys.
Avoid the Frank Wilson Agency at all costs. After being a loyal customer for over 30 years, I insured my daughter's grad-gift new car with them and paid 6 months in advance.Then 3 months later, her car was rear-ended and the other party admitted fault. We filed a report with State Farm the moment it happened. Then nothing....no calls....no letters....no evaluations. My agent, Jewel Bourne, kept sending me emails and telling me not to worry that the processing was taking a long time. Turns out Jewel had filed my daughter's information wrong with State Farm underwriting. Wrong sex, wrong living accommodations, and wrong address....all of which affected the rate adversely and the policy had been cancelled. The notice went to the wrong address, filed by Jewel, and my agent NEVER not
Been with this firm since 1996, and I kept them even when I moved to Sonoma. They have helped with everything from my business, daughters, and home insurance. Cant see how anyone took the time to give the a single star. Good folks.
My insurance is with them. However, the service is ok.
