HORRIBLE experience with this broker. I have been a paying customer with this broker for YEARS. They called me to notify me that my policy had been canceled (with no forewarning or grace period) because of a credit card issue. The representative - Margarita - then offered me absolutely zero help. Nothing about getting me a new policy, no guarantees - absolutely nothing. There are many other brokers out there and I would recommend using any one of them over this one. Terrible customer service experience. 12/28/23 UPDATE: This is in response to the half-hearted reply to my comment (I should also note that the manager tried calling me after I posted my initial comment, but didn't even offer an apology or solution of any kind before hanging up on me).
