Frank Owens - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had auto insurance with this company for 18 years. I only had to file insurance claim once. I had renters insurance with them from 2013-2022 . I bought my home in 2022 and added home insurance. Recently I had some issues with my home . I tried to file a claim and it’s been three months and I can’t get a claim number. All I get is bullshit excuses from Frank. I had my contractor called and explained everything and Frank is still acting as if I am trying to steal money from State Farm’s talking about insurance fraud. He’s telling me one thing then telling my contractor another thing. They are just after people money

They are best insurance company i have ever came across! Definitely will be moving back to va beach and going with them forever!

Frank is always there when you need him. He also goes out of his way to make you part of his family! I will never go to any other agent unless I moved out of VA, but that’s not going to happen. He was my parents agent also and came to their funerals when they passed, that’s not something regular agents do, but Frank is special! He is definitely an asset to State Farm and they’re lucky to have him and so are we the customers!
