As insurance needs can be extremely confusing and scary, it is crucial that you can rely and depend on an agent with experience, patience, and the knowledge to provide you a policy that is customized to your individual needs. [1-STAR RECOMMENDATION] Unfortunately, the hiring process very much needs to be significantly improved, as the process as it stands currently could have been much more expedited and not waste the prospective candidate's time, energy, and efforts. The prospective employer should NOT dictate to the candidate what he/she is looking for, it is the candidate's job to convey this information (which I did)! All in all, it seems as if there is no room for any negotiations regarding the hourly compensation rate for the position sought.
