I am extremely dissatisfied with Foremost's billing practices and communication. I was under the impression that my billing period was supposed to be from May 1st to June 1st, covering a full 30 days. However, I recently discovered that they only bill for 26 days within this "30-day" period. This discrepancy is misleading and unfair to customers who assume they are paying for a full month of coverage. After speaking with customer service, I learned that their monthly policies are actually based on 26 days, not the standard 30. This inconsistency should have been made clear from the beginning. March 1, 2024 me and my roofing contractor filed a claim to my home and shed.They didn't get back to me for 3 weeks and the roofing contractor told me the roof needed to be replaced.Other damage was to the skirting on the front of my trailer and the roof of the shed.The insurance company sent a technician to inspect the roof on the home with the roofing contractor and when they both came down from the roof, they both said the roof on the trailer doesn't need to be replaced,I received a a check from the insurance company for the skirting on the front of the trailer and to have the shingles taken off the shed roof.Then I was told to get estimate for the rest of the roof repair on the shed,I contacted the roofing company and told them I need a estimate on the roof of the shed 3 or 4 weeks la

Review is for Edward Snyder Agency- Have been trying to get them on the phone for months. No one ever answers the phone. We just moved and found out out our policy is canceled. Have to call Foremost direct Don't waste your time. They must be out of business!

Horrible Patrick eckles. They make decisions for the costumes with talking to the costumes. They have pic all paperwork over and over and nothing. Very upset the day of the fire was August 24 2024 .
