Andrea DeBenedetto: Allstate Insurance

"You are in good hands with Allstate." Not true! You are in good hands paying car insurance but the good hands are gone when you need. Since I had a small accident one month ago, I have had nothing but stumbling rocks trying to get my car repaired and Allstate to cooperate. They don't care. Since my car rental agreement has expired, I now have to pay $45 per day. My car is still not repaired and they take no responsibility. After years and years of being an Allstate client, take have removed the hands from underneath me.

Lisa Damico tried very very hard to scam my 60 year old mother. She lied on numerous occasions to her, at one point she even resorted to making up an entire law about how if we wanted to cancel our insurance we need to personally deliver her proof that we returned the plates on the car that we own, which is a complete and utter joke, that is not a policy or a law written anywhere, she made it up so she could get continue to get paid a commission off of the policy. That is unacceptable and unethical in every stretch of the imagination. Once I exposed her for this complete lie, she then tried to make up another lie about how if we took a particular car off our insurance plan, the premium would GO UP. I've been an Allstate customer for 35 years and for the first time shopped pricing for my policy. I was shocked to find I have been overpaying by more than double for probably quite some time. Subsequently, I placed 3 emails and 3 calls into Andrea to discuss my bewilderment. I never received a call or email back. Lisa, who answered my calls for Andrea, is a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive but Andrea is still nowhere to be found. The only communication I ever received from Andrea was a request to fill out this survey -- maybe this will get her attention. While Allstate was my insurer of choice, and I trusted this agency implicitly, I will never trust again that she will have my best interest (not to mention my money) at heart.

My mother has been with allstate for years and now that she's older I deal with them on her behalf, they are really sweet and go the extra mile, they don't have to I'm sure but they make me and have made my mother feel like family! Awesome staff! You don't get that everywhere and that's important to me!

I love visiting Andrea Debenedetto’s office to speak to my Insurance agent Donald Cook. All of the others agents are always very friendly, and helpful while I am getting my insurance business prepared. Donald Cook is the best Insurance agent I’ve ever had dealt with . He goes out of his way, to help me if I am having any issues with my business plan, and always finds me the best deal out there to have. I will stay with this company for the rest of my life!
