I always have great customer service every time I call, but I was so so grateful to talk to Kyra I hope I’m spelling her name correctly. She was just amazing she definitely has great customer service! She went above and beyond!!! She resolved a little issue that I have brought up to a previous agents but she went beyond and just took care of it right away. I was so happy with her service that I actually went to try to make a new account for Google had an issue found my old one and posted hours later!!! She definitely deserves some kudos.

I spoke with Elizabeth LaCasse and in one phone conversation she helped me add a vehicle AND somehow LOWER my monthly payment plus fix a bunch of other account/policy issues I was having all while being a friendly professional customer service rep. I've had all great experiences with this company. Will be a long time customer. Highly recommend!

Representatives were rude, unsympathetic and talked over me. I could barely get a word out! I would say one thing and they wanted to transfer me right away. I spoke with multiple representatives that kept giving me the runaround. I got into an accident the day I signed up for insurance with one of their companies (United Automobile Insurance Company) who I’m going to give a piece of my mind to as well, they have lazy and nasty reps themselves. They’ve cheated me out of money that I need for my child and did not even cover my accident claim. They stated that my accident happened 2 hours before they finalized me! So technically I was not covered. One rep even said to me, “even if the accident happened 2mins before, we still wouldn’t help you.” Rude and unsympathetic. Give your reps some symp

Well considering I started at a 78 month policy ended up needing sr22 for 3 months and was told it would drop every 6 months after year n half im at 350 a month I've raised instead of dropped top it off me and a salesman set for hr and half on 4 phones trying to reach someone finally got someone to change my policy bit after searching I found more reliable insurance company but now I can't contact flinsco to cancel my policy but no answer again is this how yall make money by giving outrageous prices and refuse talking to you're customers
