I’ve been with CIA for over 10 years. Service used to be excellent. But last time I needed a new quote.. I never received a call back ..,and called three times.. I did my own shopping for a new policy and received a better quote. I called this morning to cancel my old policy for reimbursement. We’ll see if I get a call back. I wouldn’t recommend them like I have in the past.

I am absolutely in love with my CIA. I have been with them for almost 8 years and they have never been more helpful in a recent accident I had. They were with me every step of the way helping to get me a new car. Rueben is the main man he is the best and he deserves a lot of credit for running a wonderful establishment! Also Trish is my agent and she is the best! Always positive and always knows her stuff. Love CIA!

I’ve been a customer for 4 years. Was attempting to explain an issue with my policy premium to one of their agents when I was spoken to in a VERY loud tone. I attempted to explain that Geico was offering me a better deal. Their reply was “GO TO GEICO THEN!”. Not a very smart move. Very unprofessional. I don’t think I’ve ever been so disrespected like I was in this situation. Needless to say I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I appreciate their help and understanding on my insurance and they helped me with my paperwork and switching another car on my insurance. Thanks I have been in and out of there fast two separate times.They have awesome customer service and I will be going back to them soon!!

Our insurance went up by 300% because our agent wouldn't get back to us and actually help us with our policy. I would not recommend them.
