Our private healthcare insurance costs have increased tremendously. I was connected to Victor through my current United Healthcare insurance. Victor was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. He found an excellent insurance policy for us that offers a significantly lower premium than our current policy. Victor was able to compare policies from several insurance companies. I feel confident that we are getting a good deal on our new health insurance. I also appreciate that Victor acts as our personal insurance agent and is available to answer all our questions. The agent I talk to was nice and found a plan. I told him I had to discuss it with my husband and I would get back to him. I told him later that my husband couldn't cancel his plan and to cancel everything. He stated no worries, I'll take care of everything. Fast forward, I got an email from the insurance company about payment. Emailed agent asking what happened and I wanted my money back. Agent is refusing to respond to anything. I hope someone from this insurance company responds and takes care of this mess this agent has caused!!
