We contacted Robbie for health insurance at this agency. Got no call back or response after our initial talk for 3 weeks. He claimed he was sick. Doesn’t he and others know that smart phones have been around for 15 years? Don’t waste your time with Ferrence Insurance Agency in Newberry, FL.

My wife and I went into the office to meet with an agent about getting health insurance through Ference Insurance Agency. We ended up meeting with Robbie and we agreed that we would email him the specifics needed to give us a quote (income, etc.). It's been over 2 weeks and he has yet to have the decency to even respond to our e-mail.The March 31st deadline for the Affordable Care Act has been quickly approaching so we ended up giving our business to another insurance agency who made their potential customers a priority.
