Do not use this company or this agency. If your agent is not there you will get no help and the support staff is horrible. I left many messages with no return messages. I could not get into my portal and had no support. The cusp of my policy cancelling I received a phone call. I still could not get in my account. The support staff did not let my agent know and did not escalate it. So it cancelled and they refused to renew me. Mind you, just moved here, first time using this company, and multiple calls. There was an issue with the site and could not set up auto withdrawals. Once you get the policy they are done with you. If you make the mistake of getting life insurance here - SWITCH! Eventually, your account is pushed off to an agent who did not write it, does not profit, and

Shotty service about looking up older policies and trying to get a vehicle able to be used as a farm use vehicle. Was not impressed, Google told more of what I needed to do.To get it where we can just go pick up grain/feed in it.
