Farmers Insurance - Terry Edwards

I was with Terry E. about three years. Never met him or had any contact with his office. My auto rate doubled in that time. Just went back to my former Farmer’s agent who has now lowered my rate over $100 per month. Huh. Wonder how that works..?

I was disappointed when I called about a landlord policy I had. I needed some help understanding the escrow process because I had never changed insurance carriers on a home with a mortgage. I was told to contact Rhonda and she would be helpful. She was condescending and a bit rude. When I told her that I felt she had treated me rudely, she did not apologize. I've decided to use a different company. People make mistakes but I want to work with a company that owns what they do. There are lots of good insurance agencies out there so I am moving on. BTW if you need a great commercial insurance agent at Terri Edwards ask for Dalen. He's great!!
