Raylene at Farmer’s is terrific! She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any requests. We transferred our insurance from another company to Farmer’s because of her. She took the time to walk through every item, and to make sure we had the right level of insurance. She has also been very helpful, as we are looking to move to another area, to understand the difference in rates and things to look for. Even after we move, we are staying with Raylene!

From the first time I spoke with Ms. Patti she was very knowledgeable, and understanding and she didn't push. I like to receive all the information I possibly can from an insurance agent before I commit and she took that time with me to inform me about everything. The deal she gave me on my current insurance now that I'm with them is awesome, I came from Progressive and the rates continue to go up and I'm a great driver, lol. I basically lucked up on a great agent. I will be sending my mother her way.

I switched from a major insurance provider about a year ago and I was able to keep my current coverage or increase it at a substantial cost savings I have 2 under age drivers so this was really helpful. Debbie was so helpful with the whole process and I really felt she has always looked out for my best interest and saved me money any way she could. Patti has been great also.
