I call this agency wanting full coverage. Agent Luana signed me up for Progressive claiming this was full coverage. Finding out later when I got my forms in the mail. I was not covered if a uninsured driver hits me. Immediately found another insurance company. Statefarm was better and cheaper, helped me cancelled this policy with Best insurance. Even if I cancelled before the month ended, I still owe to Progressive since the policy was a "6month term" Literally I didnt stay with them the full month. Wrong that I owe for fees even paying upfront for the policy and agent fee of $50 Screw these people NOBODY WANTS TO HELP THE CUSTOMER
