Farmers Insurance - Louis Taylor

I've been insuring my auto and home with Louis for years. I've had a lot of life changes in the time he's been my Agent. Each time I need something changed, I just call or text him and he gets it done...usually in less than an hour. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always available. I highly recommend giving him a call. In my experience he blows any other insurance agent I've ever had out of the water, and it's not even close. Thank you Louis!

I had both my car and home insurance with Farmers. When I found a better quote, I decided to switch and cancel both policies. Since 12/3/2025, I’ve made multiple calls, left messages, and sent emails just trying to get my cancellation processed and receive a confirmation. Every time, I was told a confirmation would be sent—yet it never was. Today, after weeks of frustration, I finally received the confirmation. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend Farmers to anyone. I would give 0 stars if I could.
