Cassandra Preston was AWESOME!!!!!! I have been purchasing Home Owner, Auto Ins. etc, for over 30 yrs, and out of ALL my dealings with Insurance Agents, SHE HAS PROVEN TO BE THE GREATEST!!! She took out prime time to make certain I was getting the right insurance product to fit my need, she also took time to review other policies that I have to make certain I understood each line item!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Blew my phone up and basically held my policy cancelation hostage and kept trying to upsell me after saying I kept saying no, Once I finally agreed to a way lower price ( after Cassandra was clearly upset ) took over a week to get word back about my full coverage she activated meanwhile I’m stressing if someone hits my car or I total out ! Any excuse is b.s ! Only reached out when they found out I was transferring to another State Farm branch, Horrible office and only word you’d get is “ I’ll tell Cassandra to call you back “ expecting a 2 week time period for just a email back. DO NOT WORK WITH HER ! I recommend any other State Farm branch.
