Farmers Insurance - Hanan Abdalla

I've used this insurance agency for over twenty years. They have outstanding service and I can always count on them. Justine is my personal agent, and she is amazing!

I have been with farmers for the last 15-20 years. They have exceptional customer service and are always a phone call away when I need them. Everyone is so helpful and Justine is amazing! They don't have an (800) number its a regular phone number with a real person on the other end. We are extremely pleased with the speed at which they take care of our needs. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

I have not even had Farmers insurance for more than 6 months and I can’t even brag enough about how helpful my agent Hanna, has been to me. This is with zero exaggeration… I don’t know what I did to deserve such a good agent but she is the absolute sweetest to me and doesn’t treat me like a random customer she genuinely cares and goes out of her way with reminders. The list goes on. Whoever is in charge of Hanna is extremely fortunate to have such a great employee! You deserve a raise Hanna! Thank you for ALL you do!

Justine Orozco has been an absolute delight to work with over the years.She is always providing the best customer service. She follows up immediately on different situations that I call about. She’s the reason why I stay with Farmers because of her superb customer service ! This is a component that is a must have to operate a successful business. I’ve often said many times to myself I hope she is valued as an employee , because with her skills she can go anywhere and the company would loose business.

Hanan & Donna are the A-Team when it comes to insurance. Excellent customer service they where a pleasure to work with truly. I appreciate Donna especially for working so well to answer all my questions. I look forward to having them handle all my insurance needs moving forward. Great work
