Personally I think they charge a lot for their services. I bought a policy from this office at first Jonathan was nice and attentive , then he supposed to send me an email with documents to sign, but the email wasn’t working so I requested a new email or another way to sign the documents; since Friday!he did send me a new email until the following Tuesday! Then he was supposed to fix my address because he entered wrong and after a week of waiting I just tired 😪 I spent $978.99 dollars for my policy on this month, yet I got nothing of what I requested. Don’t waste money here. Look somewhere else. I won’t recommend it to anyone!!!

Ashley Duran was able to find and provide a policy at a much better rate than I had previously. She was friendly, efficient and professional. She made it very easy to get set up and I couldn’t be more pleased. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in need of insurance.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how well I was taken care of with Same Day insurance. Full coverage for WAY less than I was paying before.
