Farmers Insurance - Elona Murati

Elona was the very best agent I have ever experienced. I was sad to see her go as I don't like switching to people that I am unfamiliar with. I will be finding out what agency she is with and will be leaving Farmers as my current agent does not communicate or return calls, only tries to sell stuff.

Mrs. Murati, is very professional a and personable. She works very hard to find you a good affordable rate. I insured my home and all of my rental properties with her. I am very pleased with her knowledge and service.

Very pushy on trying to sell me insurance with minimal explanation. When I started asking questions she got very upset telling me I was arguing. When all I was trying to do was understand what she was saying. Very disrespectful and she even hung up on me as I was asking questions. Only reason I say one star is that’s the lowest I can go.
